Dev tools are a skeptical market: engineers spot fluff instantly, and someone else approves the spend. I built a split hero that shows the value before anyone reads a word, with manual review missing bugs on one side and Arcen catching them on the other. Terminal aesthetics and a GitHub-style pixel pattern win over engineers, while outcome-led sections speak to the buyer.

/AI agents for hospitality/
AI products all look the same, which undersells a pitch to five-star hotels: the site should feel like the hospitality it serves. I rebuilt the direction around photography, editorial typography, and an interactive demo set inside a hotel lobby, and gave the product UI a more premium feel. The site now feels like a hospitality brand that happens to build software.
